Diagnosis is free of charge. We only carry out a repair after you approve the quote, so no costs arise without your approval.

We provide a 12-month warranty on the completed repair and the parts we install.

You can drop the device off in person at Partizanska cesta 14 in Lenart, or send it by post or courier. We recommend calling us or filling in the form first so we can agree on the details.

We do not modify the contents of your device. We access data only as far as is strictly necessary for diagnosis and repair, and we treat everything with full confidentiality.

Yes, we also repair devices damaged by overvoltage, lightning strikes, moisture or other power-supply faults. We start with a diagnosis and then prepare a repair quote.
